What is the Proposed Schedule for this Project?

RCTC anticipates the Project Report and Environmental Document for the interchange will take about two years to complete. The estimated completion date for this step of work is late 2010. Final engineering design and right-of-way acquisition are expected to take about two years, followed by three years for construction. The project should be fully functional in 2015.
